Warehouse Assistant; West Side

Location: Singapore, West side

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of pet food and animal feed products. The role requires adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders

• Store pet food and animal feed products according to FIFO/FEFO practices

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery

• Load and unload goods; perform manual handling when required

• Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and stock counts

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene the warehouse in compliance with food safety standards

• Identify and report damaged, expired, or non-conforming goods

• Assist with basic documentation and stock records

• Comply with workplace safety and company procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Minimum secondary education or equivalent

Warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Able to perform physical work in a warehouse environment

Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock rotation

Forklift license is an advantage

Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and safety-conscious

• Detail-oriented and well-organized

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual

• Basic communication skills in English

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

• Working hours:
  
  8:15am – 5:45pm
