Warehouse Operative

Rates of Pay

• Worked between 06:00 to 18:00 will be paid at £ per hour
• Worked between 18:00 to 06:00 will be paid at £ per hour
• Overtime and Bank holidays will be paid at £ extra on top of the basic rate

Full‑time role, working 5 out of 7 days.

Hours:

12pm to 8pm.

As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include:

• Working in the chilled environment (temperature between 0 and 5C)
• Picking produce and selecting stock
• Stacking items into cages
• Delivering items and cages to the loaders
• Using manual handling equipment in a busy environment
• Heavy lifting of up to 25kg is involved in this role

• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and can meet targets and deadlines.
• Can work in a cold environment and stand for long hours.
• Speak English at a conversational level to communicate effectively with the team.
