Senior Warehouse Operative – £12.26 per hour – Immediate Start – Hayes, West London

• Taking ownership of stock control, including regular stock takes and cycleauftrag counts
• Monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and reporting issues accurately
• Inputting and maintaining accurate stock, delivery, and inventory data on warehouse computer systems
• Supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and goods‑in/goods‑out
• Assisting with the coordination of workload and prioritisation of tasks
• Providing on‑floor support and guidance to warehouse operatives when required
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are consistently followed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Minimum 2 years’ warehouse or logistics experience
• Previous experience in a senior, lead, or stock‑focused warehouse role preferred
• Strong computer skills, including confident data entry and use of warehouse management systems
• Good level of fitness – some lifting involved
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Positive, team‑focused attitude with the ability to lead by example
