Retail & Courier Fulfilment (Priority Duties)
- Pick, pack retail, labelling and courier orders quickly, accurately, and to a high standard
- Ensure all outgoing parcels are correctly labelled, documented, and dispatched on time
- Complete weekly/monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process Goods‑In, including accurate paperwork and timely put‑away
- Maintain clear, consistent product labelling and filing systems
- Log any non‑conforming products or waste using the company template
- Escalate issues promptly and file all records for traceability
- Follow all H&S requirements, PPE standards, and site procedures
- Report near misses and safety observations
- Support building security when working the Saturday shift
- Raise, update, and close purchase orders in the warehouse/stock system (e.g., Fresh Metrics)
- Ensure all purchasing aligns with approved suppliers, agreed pricing, and terms
- Work with Accounts to resolve invoice/payment queries
- Prepare customs/certification paperwork for shipments
- Support compliance with Brexit‑related processes and maintain organised records
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll train the right person
- The ability to work a rotating rota consisting of one week with five working days and the subsequent week with six working days
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Willingness to be flexible with duties and scheduling
- French language skills are a bonus, but not essential
