Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator - London

The Warehouse and Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehousing operations and ensuring accurate, timely fulfilment of e-commerce customer orders. This role coordinates inventory control, inbound and outbound shipments, and works closely with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain efficient processes and high service levels.

• Coordinate daily operations, including receiving stock, picking, packing, and dispatching
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and investigate discrepancies
• Liaise with carriers, couriers, and freight providers to arrange shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure warehouse layouts and processes support efficiency and safety
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards within the warehouse
• Support retail store during peak periods and assist with coordination when required
• Communicate effectively with all internal teams regarding order status and stock availability

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment, or logistics coordination
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred
• Ability to lift and move cartons and products as required
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and standing for extended periods

Part time role:
Ideally 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
