We currently recruiting for a radial planner to support our distribution contract at our site in Worksop.

Working Monday to Friday Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000per annum. In addition, we offer
25 days holidays (plus bank holidays. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks. What youll do on a typical day:
The planning of radial shipments for our customer within the time frames set by the SLA Planning of XPO core fleet resource across all sites, with full use of TMS and associated optimisation software Subcontractor planning, allocating all work through TMS ensuring haulier partners confirm jobs assigned to them with correct cost allocation Updating the Customer Services team in an accurate and timely manner ensuring that all information relating to at risk or failed loads is shared.

Ensure all collections are planned and updated accordingly. Proactively plan any urgent orders and communicate the delivery date to the customer. Ensure the customer is notified in a timely manner of any date changes/ failed orders including reasons why, ensuring they are re-dated and re-planned ASAP Ensure all core fleet is allocated, ensuring all fleet utilisation targets are exceed daily Immediate escalation to the Planning Manager for any non-conformance to the daily plan What you need to succeed at XPO Its important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced environment Paragon system experience essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with in transport and a good understanding of compliance and driver hours would be beneficial Be part of something big.
