Job Description

As one of our B2 Licensed Engineers you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers moving and reducing delays – and helping us continue to have the highest technical reliability of any Airbus fleet in the world.
Following a new pay agreement, we’re excited to share that salaries across our Engineering & Maintenance team have recently increased, making now a great time to join us as we go live with recruitment for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance activities on our fleet of A320 and A320neo aircraft to industry‑leading safety and technical standards.
- Carry out defect rectification and routine servicing using the latest tools and technology under guidance of Duty Engineers or Aircraft Maintenance Supervisors.
- Use aircraft maintenance documentation and computer‑based reporting and recording systems.
- Collaborate with people at all levels within our internal structure and meet deadlines while overcoming operational challenges.
- Comply with health and safety legislation and maintain safety records.
- Hold a UK Part 66 B1 License to B2 License (preferably holding A320 type rating).
- Operational maintenance experience and technical knowledge of aircraft.
- Hand‑skills required to get the job done.
- Comfortable using aircraft maintenance documentation and computer‑based reporting and recording systems.
- Good teamwork, focus, flexibility and ability to collaborate with people at all levels.
