As one of our B2 Licensed Engineers you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers moving and reducing delays – and helping us continue to have the highest technical reliability of any Airbus fleet in the world.

Following a new pay agreement, we’re excited to share that salaries across our Engineering & Maintenance team have recently increased, making now a great time to join us as we go live with recruitment for this role.

• Perform maintenance activities on our fleet of A320 and A320neo aircraft to industry‑leading safety and technical standards.
• Carry out defect rectification and routine servicing using the latest tools and technology under guidance of Duty Engineers or Aircraft Maintenance Supervisors.
• Use aircraft maintenance documentation and computer‑based reporting and recording systems.
• Collaborate with people at all levels within our internal structure and meet deadlines while overcoming operational challenges.
• Comply with health and safety legislation and maintain safety records.

• Hold a UK Part 66 B1 License to B2 License (preferably holding A320 type rating).
• Operational maintenance experience and technical knowledge of aircraft.
• Hand‑skills required to get the job done.
• Comfortable using aircraft maintenance documentation and computer‑based reporting and recording systems.
• Good teamwork, focus, flexibility and ability to collaborate with people at all levels.

This full‑time role will be based in Gatwick working 10.75‑hour shifts. Shift pattern will be 4x4 with occasional travel requirements to easy
