FLT Reach Truck Operator

Contract Type: Ongoing/Temp to Perm

Location: Hayes, North West London

Salary: £13.50ph, and accrue £1.63 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, banked and paid on annual leave. We believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental well-being.

Working Hours: 08:30 Start to Finish, Monday to Friday

. Since 2020, we have supported this client with reliable staff, helping over 100 workers secure permanent positions – 21 this year alone.

While permanent roles cannot be guaranteed, this is ongoing agency work with no fixed end date and consistent weekday shifts.

• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from vehicles and racking
• Move stock to appropriate storage locations
• Assist with stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare goods for dispatch in line with order requirements
• Use warehouse management systems for stock movement and tracking
• Valid and in‑date FLT Reach licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)

Minimum 2 years of recent Reach truck experience.

• Good understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
