Job Title: Reach Truck Driver Warehouse Operator

Location: UB2 Area

Pay Rate: £14.77 per hour to £16.81

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm | January Start

Complex Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable reach truck drivers/warehouse operators for a busy and expanding construction materials warehouse. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, stable employment with an immediate start.

• Monday to Friday
• Start Time: 22:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Pay Rate: £14.77 per hour to £16.81
• Overtime may be available

• Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Sorting construction materials in a large warehouse
• Picking and packing items accurately
• Assisting with off-loading deliveries
• Scanning and wrapping stock for dispatch

• Valid reach truck licence
• Previous warehouse experience (construction materials a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive with a can-do attitude
• Comfortable working full days in a warehouse environment
