The Role

This Senior Position Holds Full Responsibility For Compliance, Vetting, And Licensing Across a Major London Airport And Similar Controlled Environments. Acting As The Organisation's Authorised Signatory And Vetting Lead, You Will Be Accountable For

• Maintaining the 5-year Airside Operating Licence (AOL)
• Leading all Licensing Contractor Approval (LCA) applications for new contracts
• End-to-end ownership of Right to Work, BPSS and SC vetting
• Validation and sign-off of all Airport  applications
• Liaison with Airport e and regulatory bodies
• Compliance governance, audit readiness, and risk management

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep aviation compliance expertise and excellent judgement in high-risk, regulated environments.

• Previous experience as an Airport Authorised Signatory
• Strong knowledge of AOL management and Airport licensing frameworks
• Proven background in aviation, infrastructure, or similarly regulated sectors
• Excellent understanding of Airport Gateway,  Standards, and vetting processes
• Experience managing high-volume, time-critical vetting pipelines
