Position: Stores Person (Permanent)
Driver / Stores Operative

3 months Temp to Permanent

Salary £25k - £30k

Location – Heathrow

Monday to Friday – 7am to 4pm

This leading engineering company is entering an exciting phase of rapid growth, following the successful completion of several major projects across multiple industries. Building on its reputation for technical excellence and innovative solutions, the company continues to secure a wide range of new and challenging contracts. As part of this ongoing expansion, they are now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a talented Driver and Stores Operative.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the booking in and booking out of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Receive incoming orders, check deliveries, and put stock away in the correct locations.
Pick components required for projects and ensure all parts are prepared for
Issue parts stock management systems) and maintain accurate system updates.
Prepare, pack, and send out spares and customer orders as required.
Process returns, ensuring all items are inspected and logged appropriately.
Carry out regular stock checks and support stock accuracy across the stores.
Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
Complete paperwork, admin tasks and data entry to a high standard.
Support local deliveries and collections as part of the driver duties when required.

About You:

Previous experience in a stores or warehouse is a must
Must be physically fit as this is a active role
Comfortable using stock systems and Microsoft applications
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Full Clean UK Driving License Required
