Mon‑Fri: 8:30‑17:00

• Communicate effectively in a professional manner with overseas agents to ensure their quotation requirements are fulfilled in line with their booking instructions.
• Liaise with other DSV/Agents offices in the UK and abroad, reporting any discrepancies or specific requirements.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other offices, as required by operational procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely pricing to DSV agent/overseas network offices.
• Collect pricing with approved hauliers/airlines/co‑loaders for the transport of cargo across a range of transport modes, confirm availability of equipment and agree prices on an ad‑hoc basis to maximise cost effectiveness.
• Produce PDF quotations on an ad‑hoc basis with full details of the request outlined, to ensure a smooth and quick turnaround for the client.
• Organise workflow and ensure productivity standards are met alongside data quality being key.
• Liaise with local product and gateway teams to assess market conditions and obtain best price/service available for our overseas agents.

• Operational knowledge/background in Air, Ocean or both.
• Good analytical skills.
• Preferably Dangerous Goods knowledge.
• Commercial knowledge or background.
• Experience in negotiating with vendors.
• Dealing with and maintaining data quality.
• KPI aware and problem solving.
• Team player.
