You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van! Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays – so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour.

You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions! All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. That’s a great deal! • Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries
• Good communication skills (customer‑facing role)

• Disclosure & Barring System (DBS) check
• Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start

• Contract type:
  Permanent
• Contract hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
• Contracted days:
  Any 5 days out of 7 working 8‑hour shifts (details provided during pre‑boarding)
• Shift pattern: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Shift rota available up to 13 weeks in advance
• Pay structure:
  Lunar paid – you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule
• Hourly pay structure:
  • Monday‑Saturday (basic rate): £13.26
  • Evening premium (from 6pm): £1.12
  • Sunday day premium: £1.33
  • Sunday evening premium: £2.56
  • Overtime Monday‑Saturday day shift: £16.58
  • Overtime Monday‑Saturday evening shift: £17.98
