Van Delivery Driver

Location: Belvedere, South East London

As a home delivery van driver, you'll play a crucial role in providing customers with same‑day delivery options. Quality service is our priority, not just the number of parcels delivered.

• Loading your van with assistance from the warehouse team
• Delivering up to 25 drops per shift within a designated area
• Providing exceptional customer service during deliveries
• Utilising telematics to monitor driving behaviour and adherence to safety standards
• Achieving 98% on‑time deliveries
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores through excellent service

• Valid UK manual driving license held for a minimum of 12 months
• Minimum age of 18 with a clean driving record no more than 6 points (DVLA license checks will be conducted)
• Full‑time availability with flexibility for AM shift
• Must be able to work weekends
• Smart appearance with a proven track record of great customer service
• 6 months of previous multi‑drop driving experience
• Ability to meet performance targets and expectations

• Competitive PAYE rate: £14.85 per hour, paid weekly
• Van and fuel are provided
• Immediate starts with shifts planned two weeks in advance
• Paid inductions, training, and real temp‑to‑perm opportunities
