We are seeking a retired or former Airbus Pilot to join us as a Simulator Instructor on a contract basis at our Whiteley facility. This role is ideally suited to an experienced aviator looking to stay active within the industry by mentoring both aspiring pilots and Air Traffic Controllers
.
The role involves delivering high-quality simulation sessions on the A320, with a particular focus on bridging the gap between the cockpit and ATC. You will provide future ATCOs with a deep understanding of Airbus flight deck philosophy, and aircraft systems.

Due to the nature of our bookings, this is a sporadic, ad-hoc position
. Work will be scheduled on an "as-required" basis, offering excellent flexibility for a retired professional looking to share their expertise without the commitment of a fixed roster.

Experience:
Candidates must have Airbus experience
