EF is looking for an Airport Service Coordinator to organize and deliver safe, efficient and seamless transportation for students arriving and departing from London airports and St Pancras International station. This part‑time summer role offers flexible hours (10‑40 per week) from Sunday to Wednesday throughout June‑August.

• Manage arrival and departure procedures for students at London airports and St Pancras International station.
• Communicate with local transportation providers and EF teams.
• Plan and execute travel logistics from airport to school locations.
• Ensure a welcoming and safe customer experience.
• Support underage international students with sensitivity and care.

• Interest in operations, logistics, or event coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Must be available for flexible shifts throughout July.
• All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references.
