Junior Shipping Coordinator
Salary:

Central London. Start: ASAP.
Be part of a fast-paced team at a prestigious contemporary art gallery, coordinating the secure movement of high-value artworks in the UK and internationally.
What you'll do- Coordinate packing, transport, customs, and delivery for artworks.
- Liaise with shippers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and check invoices, shipping manifests, and customs documents.
- Manage timelines for temporary imports/exports and loaned artworks.
- Keep clients updated and resolve any shipment issues.
- Experience in fine art or high-value logistics/shipping.
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs processes.
