Air Export Coordinator - High Value Goods Forwarder

Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30 (1 in 5 Saturdays required)

We are seeking an organised and reliable Export Operations Coordinator to join a specialist high‑value goods forwarder. This role covers start‑to‑finish operational processes, with a focus on air exports (75%) alongside some multimodal shipments (25%).

• Manage full export operations from booking through to final delivery
• Handle high‑value cargo with accuracy, compliance, and security awareness
• Prepare and process export documentation, AWBs, customs entries, and compliance checks
• Liaise with airlines, carriers, agents, and clients to coordinate uplift and track shipments
• Arrange collections, deliveries, and multimodal connections where required
• Provide regular shipment updates and maintain clear internal and external communication
• Ensure all SOPs and security procedures are followed at all times

• Experience in air export operations; multimodal knowledge a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling high‑value cargo
• Ability to manage start-to-finish processes independently
• Confident communicator who can work well with customers, suppliers, and carriers
• Good understanding of customs procedures and export compliance
