About the Role

Int Sol Recruitment is hiring experienced bus drivers to join our Rail Replacement Team operating across London.

This opportunity offers maximum flexibility, perfect for drivers looking to earn top weekend and holiday rates without committing to a fixed schedule.

London Overground and Underground routes, providing safe and reliable transport for passengers during rail disruptions.

• Operate public service vehicles safely and professionally.
• Follow assigned rail replacement routes across London.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all passengers.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Maintain professional driving standards and company image.
• Ensure safety, punctuality, and reliability at all times.

• Valid UK PCV (Category
  
  D) Driving Licence.
• Valid CPC Qualification.
• Minimum 2 years professional bus driving experience.
• At least 1 year London Double Decker experience.
• No more than 6 points on licence (no TT99, DR10, or CD convictions).
• Confident using maps and route videos for new routes.
• Weekend availability essential.
• Must live within commutable distance of London.

PAYE:

• Weekend: £20.36 per hour
• Weekend Nights: £22.03 per hour
• Boxing Day: £29.25 per hour

PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay:

• Weekend: £22.82 per hour
• Weekend Nights: £23.67 per hour
• Boxing Day: £32.78 per hour

Umbrella Assignment Rate:

• Weekend: £27.04 per hour
• Weekend Nights: £28.05 per hour
• Boxing Day: £38.84 per hour
