IIQAF Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations within our hospitality business across the UK. The successful candidate will coordinate supply chain activities, inventory movement, vendor deliveries, and transport scheduling
, ensuring timely and cost-effective support to hospitality operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong logistics coordination, supply chain management, and operational planning skills in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics and supply chain operations for hospitality sites
- Schedule and track deliveries, transportation, and distribution
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and drivers
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control and replenishment
- Prepare logistics reports, delivery documentation, and KPIs
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and supply chain disruptions
- Ensure compliance with UK transport regulations and company policies
- Support cost control initiatives and process improvements
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator
- Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation planning
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a hospitality or service-driven environment
- Experience in the hospitality, hotel, or food service industry
- Understanding of UK logistics, transport compliance, and supplier management
- Experience coordinating multi-site or high-volume operations
