We’re looking for a Mobile Vehicle Coordinator to take ownership of vehicle deployment and coordination across dynamic operational environments. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage strategic and day-to-day readiness, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance through robust data analysis and collaboration.

As a Mobile Vehicle Coordinator
, you’ll work closely with the Joint Operations Centre and internal teams to deliver seamless vehicle operations, maintain accurate documentation, and provide actionable insights through trend mapping and reporting. This is your chance to make a measurable impact in a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility environment.

Job Description:

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Coordinate and manage vehicle responses to incidents, ensuring swift and effective deployment.
• Oversee strategic and day‑to‑day operational vehicle deployment.
• Collect, analyse, and report operational metrics and performance data.
• Prepare monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Conduct conformance testing to maintain compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the Joint Operations Centre for intelligence‑led deployments.
• Maintain and update operational documentation and vehicle logs.
• Plan and execute weekly protest deployments and respond to unplanned incidents.
• Monitor intelligence feeds to anticipate and mitigate risks proactively.
• MRV Service Hours include Saturday morning vehicle deployment. Weekend deployments should be planned and communicated during Mon–Fri working hours.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Competent MS user, especially Excel (data collection, graphs, trend mapping).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in compliance and reporting.
• Experience in operational deployment and incident management.
• Ability to work proactively and adapt in dynamic environments.
• Valid UK driving licence and passport.
• Right to work in the UK and five‑year checkable employment history.
