We are seeking an organised and reliable Export Operations Coordinator to join a specialist high-value goods forwarder. This role covers start-to-finish operational processes, with a focus on air exports (75%) alongside some multimodal shipments (25%).

Key Responsibilities of an Air Export Coordinator:

• Manage full export operations from booking through to final delivery

• Handle high-value cargo with accuracy, compliance, and security awareness

• Prepare and process export documentation, AWBs, customs entries, and compliance checks

• Liaise with airlines, carriers, agents, and clients to coordinate uplift and track shipments

• Arrange collections, deliveries, and multimodal connections where required

• Provide regular shipment updates and maintain clear internal and external communication

• Ensure all SOPs and security procedures are followed at all times
