Evening Shunter

Shift: 6:00pm – 3:00am

Pay: £16.50 – £17.50 per hour

We’re looking for a hands‑on Evening Shunter who can also support our warehouse team during quieter periods. This isn’t a full‑time shunting role — when vehicles aren’t being moved, you’ll assist in the warehouse operating a forklift and helping with general duties.

• Safely move and position vehicles around the yard (mainly 18T and 7.5T vehicles).
• Support warehouse operations during shunting downtime.
• Operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) to assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse tasks.
• Work collaboratively within a small, close‑knit team of 10.
• Ensure safe working practices and maintain high operational standards.

• Shunting experience with 18T / 7.5T vehicles.
• Valid FLT licence (or experience, depending on your hiring requirement—can adjust).
• Comfortable working evening shifts.
• Team‑focused with a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
