As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries with our transport partner.
- Communicate delivery requirements and timelines clearly to all parties.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of transport arrangements and costs.
- Liaise with internal teams to align delivery schedules with production timelines.
- Share responsibility for answering incoming calls and intercom queries.
- Other ad hoc duties.
- Previous experience in transport coordination or logistics.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems.
Hours of work:
- Monday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Tuesday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Wednesday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am – 2:45 pm
