Import Shipping Clerk

3-Month Temp Role – Potential to Go Permanent – Up to £35,000

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a flair for logistics? We’re seeking an Import / Export Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Salary up to £35,000.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Cargowise but this is not essential

Process import cargo shipments and manage all related documentation

Deliver exceptional service, working hand-in-hand with our Sales team

Support export shipments – from airline bookings to pre-alert paperwork

Advise customers on customs formalities, queries and shipment requirements

Handle general admin and ensure smooth operations from start to finish

Bring accountability, customer focus, and integrity to every task
