Air Import Coordinator

Right Now Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Import Coordinator to join a well-established and secure logistics operation based in Feltham. This role is ideal for someone with strong Cargo Wise experience who is confident managing air import shipments from start to finish
, including customs entries
, within a high-value freight environment
.

• Managing air import shipments from start to finish
• Completing customs entries accurately and compliantly
• Handling high-value and security-sensitive freight
• Liaising with airlines, handling agents, customers and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with all customs and security regulations
• Monitoring shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining service levels
• Using Cargo Wise for all operational and customs processes

• Proven experience in Air Imports (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of Cargo Wise
• Experience completing customs entries independently
• Confident handling shipments start to finish
• Previous experience with high-value or secure freight is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Good written and spoken English
• Competent with Microsoft Office and email systems

• Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Based on experience)
• Monday to Friday working hours (08:00 - 16:30)
• Up to 33 days' holiday (including Bank Holidays)
