We are seeking a motivated Airfreight Export Trainee to join our Air Exports team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone interested in logistics and international trade.

You will support day‑to‑day air export operations, helping ensure shipments move smoothly and on time across international borders.

• Assist with coordinating air export shipments, including bookings, transport, and documentation
• Keep air export administration accurate and up to date
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers regarding shipment progress
• Prepare and maintain export documentation (MAWBs, HAWBs, customs entries)
• Maintain accurate shipment records in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Support the team in resolving shipment issues
• Participate in training and development activities

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 5 or above)
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
• Interest in logistics or international trade desirable but not essential
