• Manage export/import shipments (air, sea, road, exhibitions).
• Liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and check shipping documentation.
• Ensure timely quotations and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate internal records.

• Knowledge of international shipping and HMRC compliance.
• Experience with airfreight, sea freight, and exhibition shipments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with high-value items.

• Work with a market-leading Fine Art logistics company.
