Football Coach

Overview

APB Wingate FC is seeking a passionate, reliable, and committed coach to lead one of our youth teams for the upcoming season competing in the Watford Friendly League. We are a supportive and ambitious grassroots club focused on developing young players in a positive, fun, and structured environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate coaching sessions, supporting players on matchdays, and helping young footballers develop both on and off the pitch.

• Has experience coaching young players (grassroots level or similar).
• Holds a UEFA C Licence or is currently working towards one.
• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to player development.
• Understands the importance of creating a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
• Communicates well with players, parents, and club staff.

• Valid FA Enhanced DBS Check.
• First Aid and Safeguarding Children certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• References available upon request.
