A welcoming and energetic primary school in Wood Green is seeking a passionate Sports Coach to join their team full-time with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is committed to promoting physical activity, teamwork, and confidence through sport.

You will play a key role in developing pupils' physical skills, resilience, and enjoyment of healthy competition across the school.

• Delivering engaging PE lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Leading structured sports sessions during curriculum time
• Organising and supporting lunchtime and after‑school sports clubs
• Promoting teamwork, fair play, and positive behaviour through sport
• Supporting school sports days, competitions, and enrichment activities
• Working closely with class teachers and senior staff

• ✔ Experience coaching sports with primary-aged children
• ✔ A background in sports coaching, sports science, or physical education
• ✔ Confident managing groups and maintaining high energy sessions
• ✔ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• ✔ Relevant coaching qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• ✔ A positive role model who motivates and inspires young learners
