The Position – Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a strong interest in sports and behaviour support to join our supportive school team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with pupils who benefit from positive role models, structured routines, and active learning. You will support learning in and out of the classroom, deliver or assist with sports activities, and help promote positive behaviour and engagement.

The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and confident in managing behaviour while building strong relationships with pupils. If you are passionate about making a real difference and inspiring children through sport and guidance.
