The Position – Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor

As a Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor, you will work with pupils across the school, using sport and physical activity as a tool to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and self-control. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills and a passion for mentoring young people.
