About the Role:

The postholder will support the Leisure Centre Hub Manager in the day to day running of facilities, which will consist of at least one wet site (with pool) and at least one dry site. They will support delivery of the end-to-end customer experience, always ensuring first class service delivery. They will take part in workshops to inform strategic direction, then will implement the strategies to deliver to budget.

They will develop their skills on the job of all aspects of the General Manager role.
