Lead Enterprise Data Architect

A leading London Market Insurance firm is looking to hire a Lead Enterprise Data Architect to join their growing Data function to share the enterprise-wide data architecture. You will play a crucial role in building out the data strategy on the Snowflake platform. You will ensure the solutions take full advantage of the available features in a performant and cost-effective manner

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Financial Services Experience is essential
· Strong experience shaping enterprise data architectures
· Significant experience in governance, MDM, metadata, lineage, modelling, quality management, and data security.
· Vast Snowflake expertise
· Hands-on experience with data engineering, python and dbt
· Strong stakeholder management skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Experience in leadership and shaping architectural direction
