• Influence product strategy by partnering directly with Data and Design teams to build tools used daily by hundreds of multi‑site operators.

• Lead a squad of engineers by setting technical direction, reviewing code, and fostering a high‑performing engineering culture.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of predictive features, ensuring statistical accuracy and a seamless user experience for complex data products.
• Design and evolve scalable systems using technologies like Python, React, and AWS to support high volumes of data and traffic.

• Proven experience in hands‑on technical leadership with the ability to work across the full stack and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong product instincts and a track record of delivering commercial outcomes within cross‑functional, agile product squads.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking and the ability to make pragmatic trade‑offs between rapid delivery and long‑term maintainability.
