About the Role

Are you passionate about protecting iconic brands and fighting counterfeits and infringements? Estée Lauder Companies seeks a proactive, team‑oriented Brand Protection Assistant Manager to join our Global Brand Protection function. In this dynamic role, you’ll work within the Legal Department and collaborate with enforcement agencies, industry organizations, external partners and internal stakeholders to safeguard our intellectual property and ensure the integrity of our products.

The role is regionally responsible for the UK and emerging markets, reporting to the Director for Global Brand Protection and working cohesively with other regional leads worldwide.

What You’ll Do Combat Counterfeiting

Coordinate regional anticounterfeiting matters, including customs and law enforcement raids and seizures; collaborate with global Brand Protection and Legal Trademark teams to execute on big-picture goals and strategies; participate in membership with regional anticounterfeiting organizations.

Investigate Grey Market Activity

Investigate unauthorized outlets selling our products, tracing the source of diversion and working to shut down these channels—both online and offline.

Data & Case Management

Maintain accurate databases and case management systems to record seizures and investigations; produce regular reports to summarize results, identify trends, and drive optimization of brand protection strategies.

Product Expertise & Training

Stay up to date with new product launches and deliver brand identification training to law enforcement and third‑party partners.

Online Enforcement

Support online enforcement against infringements on regional websites and platforms.

Qualifications
  • You have a strong foundation in trademarks and brand protection and a willingness to learn through ongoing training.
  • You’re detail‑oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with law enforcement, external partners and internal teams.
  • You’re flexible and willing to travel as needed.
  • You’re committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and security.
