Senior Java & Kotlin Software Engineer – Contract Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced engineer to join a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary product team. If you enjoy building high‑quality backend systems, working closely with others, and continuously improving both code and ways of working, this role could be a great fit.

• At least 5 years of hands‑on Java development.
• 5+ years of Test‑Driven Development in real project environments.
• Familiarity with Kotlin, ideally writing production‑ready code.

• Building JVM‑based services using Test‑Driven Development and pair programming.
• Helping shape the architecture and technical direction of our systems, understanding the “why” behind what we deliver, and looking for opportunities to improve our engineering practices.
• Providing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to fellow engineers.
• Engaging in pair programming as a routine part of collaboration.
• A genuine interest in software craftsmanship and helping others grow.

We have an internal AI interest group and actively explore AI adoption where it enhances team workflows and problem‑solving, based on each team's context and needs.
