We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help shape and scale high-performance web applications using Next.js and React

• Designing and building scalable applications with Next.js & React
• Writing clean, maintainable Type Script
• Improving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions
• Driving performance optimisation and best practices
• Contributing to architectural decisions
• Mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar

• Strong commercial experience with React & Next.js
• Experience shipping production-scale applications
• CI/CD experience (Git Hub Actions preferred)
• Strong Git workflow and code review habits
• Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally

• Core Web Vitals optimisation
• Experience in product-led or scaling environments

• Modern stack
• Hybrid working (Hammersmith base)
• Real ownership and autonomy
• Engineering-led culture
