You will build and deploy production-grade AI systems for PE funds, manufacturers, and logistics firms. This role offers a unique training ground for future entrepreneurs, focusing on solving high-value problems that generate real earnings for global companies.

• Learn directly from two successful exited founders (Jukedeck/Tik Tok and HR tech) through daily side‑by‑side collaboration and high‑stakes client engagement.
• Gain deep expertise in frontier AI by building production systems that handle real transactions, moving beyond the hype of simple chatbots or wrappers.
• Rapid professional growth via exposure to diverse industries, from private equity to manufacturing, providing better entrepreneurial preparation than years at a single-product company.

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI software systems that automate complex workflows for enterprise clients like PE funds and distributors.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle by visiting client sites, joining leadership calls, and presenting technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of production-ready code that processes hundreds of daily transactions or reviews thousands of records per hour 24/7.

• Proven track record of building useful software, evidenced by high-quality side projects, professional work, or university research that solved a real-world problem.
• Strong business curiosity and a desire to understand commercial value drivers like EBITDA while working directly with client leadership teams.
• High-performance mindset with a history of excellence in any field (e.g., competitive sports or arts) and a hunger to master AI tooling rapidly.
