Join First Concepts as a Founding Engineer to build an AI-native workspace for creative teams. You'll develop seamless flows for briefs, ideas, and GenAI outputs, leveraging agents to explore concepts faster. This is a unique chance to shape a product used by 40+ agencies and work alongside experienced co-founders in a fast-growing, VC-backed startup.

• Work on cutting-edge creative AI tech within a hackathon-winning team, directly impacting how creative agencies develop winning concepts.
• Join a VC-backed (Antler) startup with significant traction, having onboarded 40+ agencies including prestigious partners like Mother and R/GA.
• Collaborate closely with three co-founders, gaining unparalleled influence over product direction and engineering culture in a high-growth environment.

• Develop and implement full-stack features using Type Script (React, Convex, Bun) to enhance the AI-native workspace.
• Integrate and experiment with AI agents, image, and video models to create innovative tools for creative exploration.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices, ensuring a scalable and robust platform for creative teams.

• Possesses strong full-stack web development experience, particularly with Type Script, React, and modern frameworks.
• Demonstrates excellent frontend taste and a keen eye for user experience in building intuitive interfaces.
• Has hands-on experience or a strong interest in playing with AI agents and image/video generation models.
