Job Description: Join an Accel-backed team of experts from Palantir and Delivery Hero to build the AI-native operating system for the physical economy. You will embed directly with industrial giants—from commodity trading floors to manufacturing plants—to architect, deploy, and scale mission-critical AI agents that transform legacy operations into high-velocity automated workflows.

What you will do:

• Embed with customer operations teams to map complex workflows and deploy Arrakis OS within live environments like trading floors and procurement hubs.
• Build and iterate on technical solutions in the field, translating operational chaos into resilient, production-ready AI agent architectures.
• Partner with the internal platform team to bridge the gap between field feedback and the core product roadmap, defining deployment doctrine from scratch.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record in forward deployed engineering or field engineering, with experience moving technical solutions from initial POC to full-scale production.
• Technical expertise in building complex integrations involving APIs, databases, and LLM systems, coupled with strong system design and trade-off analysis skills.
• Exceptional communication skills required to build trust and technical credibility with non-technical stakeholders, including plant operators and procurement directors.
