Founding Growth Lead

£50–80K + Equity

Rezonant – VC-backed AI startup defining the AI-native software delivery category.

As the Founding Growth Lead, you will build Rezonant's go-to-market engine from the ground up. Working directly with founder Emma Burrows (ex-CTO Stripe UK), you will own distribution, lead generation, and the transition to a PLG motion. This is a high-agency role designed for an execution-obsessed operator ready to scale a category-defining product to seven-figure ARR.

• Join a world-class founding team backed by top-tier investors General Catalyst and First minute Capital to define a new category in AI-native development.
• Gain an MBA-equivalent crash course in company building, with direct exposure to fundraising, product strategy, and hiring decisions.
• Take full ownership of the GTM function with the autonomy to experiment across channels and shape the company’s long-term DNA.

• Design and execute channel experiments across outbound, content, and community to identify scalable lead generation motions.
• Build and manage a content engine that positions Rezonant as a thought leader for modern product and engineering teams.
• Develop and implement a product-led growth (PLG) strategy as the company moves from closed beta to public launch in Q1 2025.

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing, ideally within a fast-paced startup or technical dev-tools environment.
• High-agency "founder DNA" with a track record of building automated GTM systems and running data-driven experiments from scratch.
• Exceptional first-principles thinker who prefers shipping and execution over traditional SaaS playbooks and high-level strategy work.
