Job Description:
As the foundational Mobile Lead at Healf, you will design and launch consumer applications for a platform on track to surpass $100M in revenue. You will own the technical architecture across iOS and Android, integrating wearables and AI to build a category-defining "Wellbeing Intelligence" ecosystem that personalizes health globally.

• Lead the transition from a web-based retailer to a technology-first ecosystem, building the world's first "Wellbeing Intelligence" platform from the ground up.
• High-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CTO, with the opportunity to define the mobile strategy, stack, and engineering culture for a scaling team.

• Lead the technical design and end-to-end delivery of Healf's mobile applications using React Native, Swift, and Kotlin for high-performance e-commerce and wellbeing products.
• Architect scalable patterns for state management and networking while managing the full CI/CD pipeline and release process for Apple and Google stores.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate complex biomarker data and AI-driven recommendations into a seamless, 5-star user experience.

• 5+ years of experience leading high-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications with a proven track record of successful App Store and Play Store deployments.
• Expert proficiency in React Native combined with the ability to write high-quality native code in Swift or Kotlin for performance-critical modules.
• Experience with health-tech integrations such as Apple Health Kit or Google Fit, and a strong background in subscription or e-commerce mobile products.
