Join as the first engineering hire to architect an AI platform automating complex Med Tech regulatory compliance. You will transition the product from prototype to a scalable production system, working directly with a CTO (PhD in Multi-Agent Systems) to help medical device companies navigate audits and reach patients faster through intelligent documentation automation.

• Founding-level impact with significant equity and the autonomy to establish the technical foundations, engineering standards, and hiring culture of a mission-driven startup.
• Work on a non-wrapper AI product using proprietary datasets to solve a massive, high-stakes problem in a regulated industry with clear market pull and pilot traction.
• High-growth environment backed by strategic investors including an NHS-affiliated VC, Antler UK, and Vento Ventures, offering a direct path to shaping a generational Med Tech company.

• Architect and build critical end-to-end components across the entire stack using Node.js, Next.js, Type Script, and Postgre
  
  SQL while managing cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO to integrate custom AI models and LLM endpoints into a secure, production-ready platform that identifies regulatory gaps and remediations.
• Lead the development of intuitive user interfaces from Figma designs, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless state management for complex medical documentation workflows.

• 4+ years of professional experience with the Type Script/React/Node.js stack, demonstrating the ability to design and implement successful, standalone products or high-scale features.
• Proven "0-to-1" startup DNA with the high agency required to thrive in ambiguity, making independent architectural decisions without needing existing structure or oversight.
• Technical expertise in modern Dev Ops practices, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipeline management, and secure database schema design for sensitive regulated data.
