As the first engineering hire at Kip, you will build the "Personal CFO" for younger generations. You will architect AI-native systems that automate complex wealth management, from tax optimization engines to life-event simulators. Working directly with a Stanford/IIT-educated CTO, you will transform fragmented financial data into actionable, hyper-personalized wealth‑building moves.

• Join as the first engineering hire with direct influence over the technical architecture, product direction, and founding culture of a mission‑driven fintech.
• Work alongside founders with elite backgrounds from Stanford, IIT, Snowflake, and Cisco who have shipped AI products to millions of global users.
• Build sophisticated AI agents and simulation engines that solve the generational wealth gap, backed by a recently closed first round of funding.

• Design and implement secure, SOC 2‑compliant data pipelines that aggregate and structure complex financial documents using bank‑grade encryption.
• Build a high‑fidelity life‑event simulator and tax optimization engine that models hundreds of financial scenarios to deliver hyper‑personalized strategies.
• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents that monitor financial goals in the background and execute proactive wealth‑building moves for users.

• 2+ years of experience building and debugging production‑grade systems with a proven track record of shipping software from scratch to users.
• Native fluency in AI‑first workflows, utilizing LLMs to accelerate development and building products where AI is the core engine, not an add‑on.
• Strong systems thinker with an ownership mentality who is comfortable navigating the ambiguity and fast‑paced environment of an early‑stage startup.
