Job Summary

As a Lead Quality Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality and performance. You will leverage your expertise in Playwright C# Specflow Rest Assured SoapUI and nUnit to drive testing strategies and methodologies. • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts using Playwright C# and Specflow to streamline testing processes.
• Provide expertise in Rest Assured and SoapUI for API testing ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects enhancing overall product performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

• Implement nUnit testing frameworks to validate code functionality and performance.
• Utilize domain expertise in Wealth Manager and COTS Products to tailor testing approaches to specific business needs.
