Design and deploy advanced generative AI solutions and LLM integrations, build scalable, production-grade AI systems; implement orchestration, tool-use, and memory frameworks; and integrate foundation models into seamless developer workflows, while optimizing for quality, cost, and safety.

• Design and build multi-agent orchestration workflows for automated code transformation and modernization, including migration planning,
  code changes, feedback loops
  , and automated MR creation.
• Build and use MCP services;
  design agent tool use patterns locally and via MCP.
• Engineer prompts with precision — system prompt composition, layering, knowledge injection, and progressive disclosure techniques to maximise agent output accuracy and consistency.
• Implement agent guardrails to ensure safe, consistent, and secure LLM input/output behaviour.
• Build automated evaluation systems including unit tests for agent outputs and LLM-as-a-judge frameworks to measure and improve accuracy.
• Contribute to agentic architecture decisions and toolchain evaluation as the space evolves.
• Integrate and leverage Claude Code within the development workflow and within agentic pipelines.

• Strong Python engineering — production applications, clean architecture, built to scale.
• Hands‑on experience in prompt engineering

• Experience building agentic and multi‑turn chat applications.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g. Strands, Lang Chain or equivalent).
• Strong systems design — able to break complex problems into deliverable increments.
• Ability to manage large context effectively when working with LLMs.

• Deep Eval or equivalent evaluation tooling.
• Git workflow automation (Git Hub/Git Lab APIs, automated MR/PR creation).
• RAG and vector databases.
• Container‑native development (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Devin AI.
