You will join a fast-paced team building a category-defining AI platform for the venture capital industry. This hands-on role involves owning large parts of the stack end-to-end, from building RAG pipelines and orchestrating multiple LLMs to designing sophisticated UIs. You will tackle complex document processing challenges and ship production-ready features for global investment firms.

London, UK / Remote

• Design and ship full-stack features using Type Script, Node.js, and React while maintaining enterprise-grade security for sensitive legal documents.
• Integrate and optimize RAG pipelines and LLM orchestrations using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini to automate complex document analysis.
• Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontends that handle thousands of real-world investment documents and high-stakes data extraction.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep mastery of Type Script, Node.js, and modern React patterns.
• Proven track record of shipping LLM-powered applications in production, including experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Product-minded engineer who thrives in early-stage chaos and prioritizes shipping high-quality, secure code over consensus.
