• Lead AI product outcomes across the organisation, setting standards and aligning priorities to deliver measurable value.
• Own and deliver the AI product roadmap for a key business domain, translating strategy into high‑impact use cases.
• Shape and influence executive stakeholders, guiding prioritisation, reporting progress and demonstrating realised value.
• Drive AI initiatives from discovery to scaled adoption, including rollout planning, training and ROI tracking.
• Champion collaboration with platform, data and engineering teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable and production‑ready.
• Embed responsible AI and governance standards, ensuring compliance, privacy and operational resilience.

• Significant experience in product leadership, with accountability for portfolio‑level outcomes.
• A proven track record of building and launching AI/ML products into production, including go‑to‑market and post‑launch performance.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML and GenAI capabilities, including production deployment considerations (e.g. monitoring, lifecycle, risk).
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing product teams.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A data‑driven mindset with a clear record of driving adoption, ROI and measurable impact.
