• Drive Real Impact: Ensure the scalability of our domain specific AI product, Orbital Copilot, contributing to solutions that not only meet but exceed industry standards.

• Ensure Secure Development Practices: Oversee and enforce secure coding practices and compliance with company information security policies, standards, and ISO 27001 requirements across the development team.

You should apply if: ✍️

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Lead, hands‑on engineering manager or similar leadership role in AI/ML, software development, or SaaS start‑ups.

• You have a keen interest the latest in Gen AI and LLMs, algorithms, and technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and experience with microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.

• You have hands‑on experience with Python, React, Typescript, Kubernetes.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team.
